What You Need To Know About Dr. Dalton
Dr. Dalton Spurgeon is passionate about helping people function at their highest potential in all aspects to fully enjoy their lives.
He takes a holistic and evidence based approach to tailor treatment plans to best fit every patient’s needs.
Dr. Spurgeon is married to his wife, Melanie Spurgeon. They met in undergraduate school.
They now have 2 boys named Emerson and Jaidyn. When Dr. Spurgeon is not at the office, he enjoys giving back to his community, spending quality time with his family, going to church, and any kind of outdoor activities, including sports, fishing and hunting.
A Passion For Treating Active Families
Dr. Spurgeon is passionate about helping athletes young and old get over their injuries, so they can get back into the game they love.
Dr. Spurgeon is from Lees Summit, Missouri, where he attended Lees Summit West High School.
He went on to play 4 years of college baseball at University of the Ozarks where he graduated with a bachelor of science in Business management.
He then attended Cleveland University at Kansas City, where he completed a Doctorate of Chiropractic program.

He explained the importance of seeing the full picture to determine the best course of treatment for me. I was so thankful X-Rays are part of his treatment plan as I turned out I have a fairly severe scoliosis condition which greatly impacted how I needed to be adjusted to receive the best results. Dr Spurgeon is a genuine doctor who cares deeply for his patients and who spends the time making sure his patients receive the best care for their needs. I cannot tell you how much better my body has felt seen I started being treated by Dr Spurgeon."
